Parks Apartments

Parks Apartments is based on a resort style complex of 51 two and three-bedroom apartments, split among five separate pods of 3 levels. The innovative placement of each complex offers every apartment in all 5 pods opportunities to views facing out from the site and creates a central, active communal area in the centre.

Each apartment is designed around an open kitchen/dining/living plan which extends via sliding glass doors to large balconies and provides a seamless transition between the interior and exterior. This open plan ensures that views to the exterior are captured from inside the apartment as well as from balconies. Vibrant splashes of colour on balustrades and feature walls to the exterior make each apartment distinct from its neighbour.
