This luxury private residence is expected for completion in 2018. It proposes 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a home office, as well as multiple living and entertainment areas staggered over 3 levels.

The concept focuses on maximising views from the inner-city site, utilising the elevated site levels to maximise availability and access to city and harbour views. 3 staggered storeys allow for generous living and habitable areas within the residence, whilst still maintaining a comparatively small ground footprint. The south facing frontage is encased in glass, allowing ample natural light penetration to the building and continuity from the exterior to interior spaces, whilst light-filled voids, located by the internal stairwell, amplify and accentuate the ceiling heights.

In this ‘merger’ of tropical and contemporary architectural design, a natural material selection of timber, glass, raw concrete and steel is embodied throughout to produce a state-of-the-art example of luxury residential architecture in the Tropics.
